From this statement comes the above design available in many different t-shirts and products. Inside of the female head there is a number of gears working. They are creating thoughts. Maybe she is thinking the following: But I have convinced myself that there is absolutely nothing in the world, no sky, no earth, no minds, no bodies. Does it now follow that I too do not exist? No: if I convinced myself of something, or thought anything at all, then I certainly existed. But there is a deceiver of supreme power and cunning who is deliberately and constantly deceiving me. The ghost pirate ship that can never go home.

According to folklore, the Flying Dutchman is a ghost ship that can never go home, and is doomed to sail the oceans forever. The Flying Dutchman is usually spotted from afar, sometimes seen to be glowing with ghostly light. It is said that if she is hailed by another ship, her crew will often try to send messages to land or to people long since dead. In ocean lore, the sight of this phantom ship is reckoned by seafarers to be a portent of doom. Dutch captain Bernard Fokke is said to be the captain of the ghost ship. Fokke was renowned for the uncanny speed of his trips from Holland to Java and was suspected of being in league with the devil. If you are into pirates and pirate ships then you should not pass this design...it is going to haunt you.

One thing is for sure here you are going to find a great gift for yourself or your love one.
Also known as a hickey. INSTUCTIONS: 1. Choose the right spot... You can give someone a hickey just about anywhere. The most common place is on the throat, because the capillaries (tiny blood vessels) that are broken during a hickey are pretty close to the surface and because you don’t need to remove any clothing to give a hickey on the neck. These are also the most easily visible, and while visibility is usually intended, you may want to
give or receive a hickey elsewhere where it is more easily covered. 2. Place your lips against the skin, leaving your mouth open slightly in the middle. Your lips should be parted as though you are saying the letter “O.” 3. Suck on the skin. Make a good seal with your lips against the skin, and suck the skin as though you’re trying to suck it into your mouth. Continue applying suction for at least 30 seconds, possibly more. The suction will break the capillaries beneath the skin and cause the characteristic bruising that is a hickey.

It may also be performed whimsically.

I don't know why but recently I have been creating many different designs with a Japanese theam. Nothing wrong with that. The word Geisha means "artist" in Japanese. Geisha are professional hostesses who entertain guests through various performing arts in tea houses called O-chaya. They are trained in a number of traditional skills such as Japanese ancient dance, singing, playing instruments such as the Shamisen, flower arrangement, wearing kimo no, tea ceremony, calligraphy, conversation, alcohol serving manners and more. Geisha continue to study and perfect these skills throughout their careers as geisha.

Though I would not like to spend a single moment in a Polar bear’s cage I could see how these yellow-white fur creatures have become so popular and lovable. They are very expressive with their mannerisms. Though I have never seen one wearing skates or a scarf yet their anthropomorphic qualities are so evident that I can easily imagine them doing stuff we do. LAIKA: DOG IN SPACE

On November 3 1957 the Soviet Union spacecraft Sputnik 2 was launched into space with only occupant a small female dog named Laika. Although Laika did not survive the trip, the experiment proved that a living passenger could survive being launched into orbit and endure weightlessness. It paved the way for human spaceflight and provided scientists with some of the first data on how living organisms react to spaceflight environments. Laika's pioneering journey made her one of the most famous dogs in the world and this design commemorates Laika and her short lived adventure in space.

These have become the corner stones of our business and even now more than a year later every month we see many sales of these adorable designs. From as long as I remember myself I remember me drawing. My career as an artist expands in more than two decades of work in various fields of the visual arts including animation, design, character design, illustration, comic books, book illustration, cartoons, storyboarding, fine art painting, you name it. During my professional career, I have received credits in numerous Hollywood and European feature animated films, commercials, and television shows. I have been nominated twice for an EMMY award and received one in 2006. In addition, I have also enjoyed my paintings exhibited in many galleries, my cartoons and comic books published in different languages, and my designs used in advertisements around the world. This sketchbook is a collection of pencil and digital drawings I created when I first launched my own t-shirt company on April 2006. The eagle has been used by many nations as a national symbol, depicting power, beauty and independence. Like all birds of prey, eagles have very large powerful hooked beaks for tearing flesh from their prey, strong legs, and powerful talons. They also have extremely keen eyesight to enable them to spot potential prey from a very long distance. This keen eyesight is primarily contributed by their extremely large pupils which cause minimal diffraction (scattering) of the incoming light. This picture of an eagle rushing through a burning ring of thorns symbolizes the continued endurance and braveness of this majestic bird. Inspired from Alistair MacLean's classic World War II novel and the motion picture adventure this design is also destined to become a classic.

Another of my CRIME TIME animated episode is up at youtube. Crime always pays - with big laughs in this clever series of rambunctious animated shorts. Shifty (The Criminal), a pint-sized pilferer with lofty ambitions and limited brainpower, perpetrates crimes from the sublime to the ridiculous - and never quite pulls them off, resulting in hilarious consequences. Rendered in a graphic style reminiscent of classic UPA shorts, the action is nothing short of... arresting! Shifty (The Criminal) pulls paint duty at the penitentiary, where, chased by a mean police dog, he has a brush with escape.

THE THINKER

We start our fall season with THE THINKER. THE THINKER is the newest design added at our ART collection and pictures a version of the famous sculpture by Auguste Rodin. At the ART collection you can find several designs that are variations of original museum paintings or sculptures ( these are well knows pieces of artwork found in museums around the world) usually presented with a funny or bizarre twist. Among the designs stand out the following: THE THINKER: Ivy has grown on top of the famous Auguste Rodin statue. SCREAM: Inspired by the famous painting by Edvard Munch but in a very electrical surrounding. MONALISA FRAGMENTED: Everyone knows that Mona Lisa is a puzzle. MAN GETS THE FINGER: Just imagine what would man have become if he got the finger from God? JAPANESE WAVES: Inspired from the famous Katsushika Hokusai color woodcut. PURE POP: Pop art variation.

Happy Animals line is completed

Finally after a few months from the day I started this line of designs I had the time to add the last 4 and complete a set of twelve (12) original designs. The Happy Animals line is a collection of 12 simple designs of farm and zoo animals originally created to decorate kid's clothing but later expanded so they can decorate even adult apparel. Since originally the designs were created to decorate kids clothing he main emphasis here was the vibrant colors. The representation of the animals on the other hand is very cartoony and simple and attention was given into their cute and goofy expressions. I recommend a set of the 12 different tiles that can decorate a kid's bathroom or serve as coasters.

A number of new designs went up today covering the old reliable I LOVE... t-shirt slogan. I must admit I have hold too long away from this one but I think it is time to visit it again! So what 's new and different with our designs? Well we are introducing a new type face for the acronyms of our locations. This is a similar text used for our new Teeteaser.com signature. It works very well because it emphasizes the negative space of the letters making them pop out in the color tees. I also stayed away form the heart symbol, maybe I will return to this sometime later but for the moment it felt better to spell the word "I love..." Last but not least we have added the crown. The crown is a very fashionable symbol of our days and it is used in many t-shirt lines we like. Our crown was first drawn on paper and later was digitally treated with my exclusive method of turning a hand drawing to a old print or crosshatch. Maybe one day I will post the Photoshop tutorial for this trick. So far you can choose from: I LOVE LA I LOVE SF I LOVE AZ If the line becomes popular Iwill add more locations.

Name Branding and Signature

From now on all our apparel will have our brand name and domain URL "teeteeaser.com" and Nassos's signature printed on the upper back of the garment . Certain t-shirts that might have another design ( artwork ) for their back or apparel that the back is used for the main design will have the URL and signature print either incorporated into the main design or in another location. We have taken this step because we want to emphasize our commitment to create a recognizable and strong brand. We believe that our greatest asset is Nassos's work and by having it signed we adding the value and the attention it deserves.

Teeteaser Coat of Arms

In the European tradition a coat of arms is a design belonging to a particular person (or group of people) and used by them in a wide variety of ways in order to identify them amongst other groups. This is a unique design and it is different from a flag or a shield because a coat of arms is inheritable property, and generally descend to male lineal descendent's of the original arms grantee. Used primarily to establish identity in medieval battlefields these designs were placed on the cloth tunic worn over the knight's armor in order to identify the knight and to protect his armor from the heat. Following this early European tradition and trying to make things a bit more simple (or simplistic) we establishing our own coat of arms and we hope our customers and friends could wear this over their body in order to identify them selfs in the battle field of life as part of the "teeteaser" clan.

Flowers of Blood

I created these two designs inspired from the work of Jackson Pollock. Jackson Pollock was an influential American painter and a major force in the abstract impressionistic movement. Since Pollock's work has always polarized critics and has been the focus of many important critical debates, in the same manner, we hope our own work and the mix of the flower theme with the blood stain will also create its own controversy within the t-shirt community. These are good methods to start creating clean looking, professional desings and don't forget that these methods can apply to any kind of digital artwork created via Adobe Photoshop, not just t-shirt designs.

Beethoven

I always wanted to make a portrait of Beethoven using just notes to describe the dark and light areas of his face. I tried to see if there was any way that Photoshop could do this automatically, without me having to place each note by hand. I could not find anything that could work this way. I end up using After Effects to achieve what I wanted. After Effects is a compositing program but it has a set of nifty effects , like the Photoshop filters, and one of them, particle playground, was what I needed for my design. I first created nine notes and other musical symbols. Then I created a layer that is a set of many particles, each particle will be a note or musical symbol. In order to arrange the notes and musical symbols in the likeness of Beethoven I used a grayscale public domain picture of Beethoven as a guidance. The filter reads the grayscale values of the image and it randomly places one of the nine notes or symbols in every particle position adjusting the size of the note or symbol according to the grayscale value. White pixels create small notes and black pixels create large notes, with gray values creating the in-between sizes. The image on left is the grayscale image of Beethoven and the image on the right is the output of the effect: If you click on the image it will take you to the various products.

New Japanese Style Design

Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai was distinguished for the variety of his styles, his extraordinary technical excellence, and his observant delineation of contemporary life. His landscapes reveal a startling imagination and a dramatic sense of composition. One of his most famous pieces of his woodcut work is the "Behind the Great Wave at Kanagawa". You can see the original piece at this image:

Since Hokusai’s work dates to the 19th century his images don’t carry a copyright. Hokusai’s work has inspired many artist in many styles including animation. It is said that the waves in Disney’s Pinocchio’s wale sequence have been inspired from this same piece or artwork! In this case I have used his basic layout and replaced the foam with little skulls. I created 3 different skull brushes in photoshop and I used them in a scattering mode. I used the original piece as an under layer to follow as close as possible the foam formations. I also tried to keep close to the original colors and tones but I also added a grain to make the image look old. The skulls as well as the pirate ship in the back were an inspiration from the 2007 summer movie “Pirates of the Caribbean-At word’s end”. When I exit the theater I felt the two pieces could work well together.

Time goes by so quickly and before we realized it, a month passed by already. In order to keep our monthly date we display for you our best selling designs for month December! Once again, the number one design is Hoops in a variety of designs such as magnets, t-shirts, and tote bags. The kids clothes featuring the Hoops design have been among the most popular choices for the holiday gifts. The tough girls have stroke again by choosing the classic I Make Boys Cry design. This time have taken it to a higher level by preferring the I make grown Men Cry!!! Dear friends, We present you in this post our best selling designs for September. Our two more succesfull lines, The 4 Queens and the Girls in Uniform gave us more sales that everything else! The 4 Queens you can find the four Queens fo the cards deck given in a sexier way. This line is here to satisfy all the gamblers!

THE QUEEN OF DIAMONDS On the French deck she is called "Rachel", wife of Jacob, whose 12 sons founded the tribes of Israel. She always holds a flower with 3 petals.

THE QUEEN OF HEARTSAlthough legend states the Queen of Hearts is a representation of Elizabeth of York, Queen consort of Henry VII of England, in the French deck she is called “Judith” probably after the biblical character. She is commonly shown to hold a flower with four petals.
